  They were out of apple pies and their mocha coffee maker was not working. The person who waited on us seemed angry that we dared ask for either of those items. She was not pleasant and definitely not interested in giving anything resembling good customer service. We were a temporary inconvenience and she could not wait to make us go away.

  It is attached to a gas station and typically is very busy and they do not have the staff to keep up most of the time. Fast food waits are usually longer than they should be.

  Waited forever for our food, then waited again for a second order. Not because the food wasn't ready, but because "Amy" was so busy gossiping that she distracted and delayed every other employee in the place. I watched an employee grab my fries and put them in a bag, then stand gossiping with Amy for several minutes, my order ready and waiting in her hand. Seeing as Amy has a manager's shirt on, it doesn't seem like complaining to the manager will do a whole lot of good. Don't stop here if you're in a hurry - she even delayed the folks who were serving the drive-thru window.
